Nine theater artists will be honored by the Henry Hewes Design Awards Committee during the presentation of its 46th Annual Awards in a luncheon ceremony this fall. WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin recently announced that Amy Corcoran will direct the Company's production of the award-winning Annie Baker play, Circle Mirror Transformation. The comedy runs November 4-21, 2010 in the Studio Theatre at the Addison Theatre Centre. WaterTower Theatre will celebrate its 15th anniversary with its 2010-2011 season.

South Coast Repertory has added the world premiere production of Itamar Moses' romantic comedy Completeness to its 2010-2011 season. The play delighted audiences during its reading at SCR's Pacific Playwright's Festival earlier this year under the direction of Pam MacKinnon, who will also direct this production.

Director Joe Dowling today announced that the Guthrie Theater has secured the rights for one of this season's most talked-about plays. Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker just ended its sold-out run at Playwrights Horizons in New York and the Guthrie will mount a production in the Dowling Studio from May 20 through June 13 (opening May 22), under the direction of Benjamin McGovern.

The Guthrie Theater today announced additional casting and the full creative team for the upcoming regional premiere of Annie Baker's Circle Mirror Transformation, directed by Benjamin McGovern. University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater B.F.A. Actor Training Program graduate Ali Rose Dachis, in her Guthrie debut, will play Lauren, alongside the four previously announced Guthrie veterans -- Chris Carlson (James), Tracey Maloney (Theresa), Bill McCallum (Schultz) and Angela Timberman (Marty). Circle Mirror Transformation begins preview performances on May 20, opens May 22 and continues through June 13, 2010.
