Local horn players from Arcadia and surrounding communities, will be joining the legendary Motown group, The Four Tops onstage at Arcadia Performing Arts Center on Saturday, February 21 at 8pm.

Against the backdrop of an America torn by World War II, cultures and communities clash when a Japanese American islander is accused of murder. This hauntingly lyrical saga-adapted from David Guterson's acclaimed story of mystery, love, and identity-deftly shifts from courtroom to strawberry fields to bloody battlefront, digging for hard truths buried in a forgotten history. Set in 1954 in a Puget Sound community divided among fishermen and farmers, whites and Japanese, SNOW FALLING ON CEDARS is at once a courtroom drama, a mystery, a love story, and, in flashbacks, a social history freighted with the angry residue of World War II and the exclusion of Japanese Americans.

The linguistics king of the stage, Mr. Stoppard is known for composing some of the most verbose plays ever produced on stage. The Coast of Utopia, a 9 hour, three play epic about Pre-Revolution Russia serves as a prime example of such loquacious writing.

Temple Theaters continues its 2014-2015 Season with Tom Stoppard's 1993 masterpiece Arcadia, directed by Liz Carlson, performing February 11-21 in the Tomlinson Theater. This classic drama, describe by The Times as a "perfect marriage of ideas and high comedy," follows the inhabitants of a wealthy English country estate, Sidley Park, as they wrestle with secrets, discovery, and romance. Crossing the centuries, Arcadia explores the mysterious human intersection between head and heart, with passion and wit.

Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Tom Stoppard's Tony Award-winning play The Real Thing, directed by Sam Gold is one of many shows that will take its final Broadway bow tomorrow, January 4, 2014. The Real Thing, starring Ewan McGregor as 'Henry,'Maggie Gyllenhaal as 'Annie,' Cynthia Nixon as 'Charlotte' and Josh Hamilton as 'Max,' officially opened on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street). Animals creep me out. There, I said it. People often ask why I'm not more of an animal person. No longer will I have to search for the words to express my deep, unsettling feelings towards even the most cuddly of housepets. Perhaps the root cause for my emotional trauma is never being able to fully understand what is going through an animal's mind. So, imagine my reaction to a play that dives deep into an animal's inner monologue to try and make us understand the perils of deciding to house a wild animal. Now before we go any further, I must advise I am not talking about a passive Golden Retriever or snotty Siamese Cat, but an out-of-control, 14 year-old, 200 lb chimpanzee. Based on the true story of Sandra Jerome, who passed away in 2010 from an aortic aneurysm, TREVOR explores that age old question, 'What if animals could talk?'
