The North American tour of Disney's Aladdin celebrated its opening night in Chicago at Morgan MFG on Wednesday, April 19. The limited premiere engagement runs through September 10, 2017 at Broadway In Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W. Randolph). Scroll down for photos from the festivities!

Whoopi Goldberg recently made a surprise cameo with Tony-Award winner James Monroe Iglehart on stage at Disney's Aladdin on Broadway. The house at Disney's Aladdin on Broadway had their wish granted when Whoopi Goldberg made a surprise one-night-only appearance last night, January 19th. Goldberg's appearance was taped for a segment for ABCs 'The View' this Thursday January 26th that will also include the show-stopping number 'Friend Like Me,' filmed at Broadway's New Amsterdam Theatre. Broadway's Aladdin stars Adam Jacobs and Courtney Reed recently met with their German counterparts- the stars of the upcoming Hamburg premiere of Aladdin DAS MUSICAL.
