As BroadwayWorld reported this morning, Charlie Stemp will make his Broadway debut as Barnaby Tucker in the most successful and beloved Broadway production of the year: Hello, Dolly!. Mr. Stemp will begin performances opposite the previously announced stars Bernadette Peters and Victor Garber on Saturday evening, January 20, 2018, prior to a Thursday, February 22 opening night. Taylor Trensch will play his final performance as Barnaby Tucker on Sunday, January 14.

It was recently announced that three-time Tony winner Bernadette Peters will take over as Dolly Levi in Hello, Dolly!, opposite Victor Garber as Horace Vandergelder. Ms. Peters will begin performances Saturday evening, January 20, 2018, prior to a Thursday, February 22 opening night. Hello Dolly is the opening production of the 39th Summer Theatre Season at the Abbeville Opera House with performances on Friday and Saturday at 8pm on June 9, 10, 16, 17 and 23. There will be three Saturday matinees at 3pm on June 10, 17 and 24. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and military and $10 for students.
