North Texas Performing Arts Repertory Theatre is pleased to present this wickedly fun production of The Rocky Horror Show directed by well-known DFW-area talent Rebecca Lowrey with choreography by Christina Kudlicki Hoth. Featuring celebrated names from across the metroplex's professional theatre community, the cast includes Branden A. Bailey as Frank'N'Furter, Joshua Sherman as Brad, Allison Good as Janet, Robert Bradford Smith as Narrator, Jared Culpepper as Riff Raff, Samantha Snow as Magenta, Lindsey Smith as Columbia, Alex Rain as Eddie/Dr. Scott, and Rodney M. Morris as Rocky. The show has an impressive ensemble including Christina Kudlicki Hoth, Stephanie Ormston, Tomas Moquete, Michael Christian, Evan Anderson, and Jonathan Hardin.

Fairview High School has taken this show on the road. The school's theater is being renovated so Director, Lanny Boyer asked local directors across Boulder if they would host the show. The BVSD theater community is a close-knit family and several schools were happy to support the staging of this production.

The Signature Theatre production of Fabulation, or The Re-Education of Undine, by two-time Pulitzer Prize-winner and Residency 1 playwright Lynn Nottage and directed by Obie Award-winner Lileana Blain-Cruz, has been extended by one week to now play through January 6, 2019.

The Arts and Education Council (A&E) and Maritz have awarded 15 area schools with grants to support classroom-based art projects during the 2018-19 academic year. The program, administered by A&E, is funded by a $25,000 gift from Maritz with additional support provided by individual donors. With these 15 grants, this unique partnership between A&E and Maritz has generated nearly a quarter of a million dollars for art education across the bi-state region since 2009.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre's production of Fairview is now on stage! Written by Jackie Sibblies Drury, directed by Sarah Benson, with choreography by Raja Feather Kelly, the world premiere production comes straight to Berkeley Rep from a critically acclaimed New York run. Previews began on Thursday, October 4 with regular run of the show opening on Thursday, October 11 and continuing through Sunday, November 4. Fairview will play June 2-30, 2019, on the Samuel H. Scripps Mainstage at Polonsky Shakespeare Center, TFANA's state-of-the-art home in the Brooklyn Cultural District. Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3 has announced that Gabby Beans, Marceline Hugot, and Ismenia Mendes will join Quincy Tyler Bernstine, Karen Kandel, and Lucy Taylor for the world premiere of MARYS SEACOLE, a new play by Jackie Sibblies Drury, directed by Lileana Blain-Cruz, at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65 Street).  MARYS SEACOLE will begin performances Saturday evening, February 9 and run for six weeks only through Sunday, March 24.  Opening night is Monday, February 25.
