JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, celebrated its third anniversary at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino on Thursday, May 12. The show will celebrate the anniversary with a one-of-a-kind JERSEY BOYS cake, which was presented on the stage following curtain call of the 7 p.m. performance..
Since its opening night in 2008, JERSEY BOYS has risen to the top of the Las Vegas entertainment lineup and was recently named the 'Best Show' in Las Vegas by the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal in the 2011 Best of Las Vegas Awards.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, continues its Spring 2011 season with the return of JARROD SPECTOR, star of Jersey Boys on Broadway, on Monday, May 16. His show 'Minor Fall, Major Lift' features musical selections that range from the 1950s (Paul Anka, Neil Sedaka), 1960s (The Beatles, Smokey Robinson), 1970s (Led Zeppelin, Chicago) and the present day (Macy Gray, Maroon 5).

Artistic Director Gregory Boyd announced that the Alley Theatre's 65th Season beginning in September 2011 will include two world premieres, Elizabeth Egloff's epic play Ether Dome and Theresa Rebeck's black comedy What We're Up Against, (the latter in a rolling world premiere that includes theatres in San Francisco and Chicago), and the Outer Critics Circle Award-winning rock musical The Toxic Avenger by Joe DiPietro and David Bryan, winners of last year's Best Musical Tony Award for Memphis.

The Tony Award-winning Signature Theatre fittingly wraps up its 2011-2012 season by paying tribute to their 'signature' composer Stephen Sondheim, with Side by Side by Sondheim, the renowned musical revue celebrating the early works of America's leading composer. Signature's Resident Director Matthew Gardiner directs and choreographs Broadway stars Nancy Anderson (Wonderful Town, A Class Act) and Matthew Scott (Sondheim on Sondheim, Jersey Boys, Signature's Ace), along with Helen Hayes Award-winner and Signature favorite Sherri L. Edelen (Sweeney Todd, Les Miserables, Side Show ). Musical Director Jon Kalbfleisch (Sunset Boulevard, Show Boat, Les Miserables at Signature) and Associate Musical Director Gabriel Mangiante (Signature's [title of show] and Dirty Blonde) round out the cast and will accompany the trio on pianos.
