A solo show written and performed by Linus Karp, inspired by a real-life homophobic attack against him in Soho, London in July 2024, when he was struck across the head with an umbrella and subjected to homophobic slurs. The show follows the aftermath of the incident, including the slow legal process, the emotional impact of being targeted for being visibly queer, and a fictionalised trial sequence that reimagines the justice that never came after the perpetrator died before appearing in court. Developed with dramaturgy from Olivier Award nominee Haley McGee, the production blends dark humour, absurdity, audience interaction, and multimedia elements in Awkward Prods' signature style. Work-in-progress performances take place 23rd–25th July at Park Theatre, London.
