The 15th Annual Sarasota Improv Festival at Florida Studio Theatre showcases 16 top improv companies from the U.S. and Canada over two days, featuring more than 60 improvisers in a variety of comedic formats, including musical and genre-based improv. The festival opens on July 18 with performances from both returning favorites like Dad's Garage and newcomers like S@!#zprobe, known for their fully improvised musicals. Each day promises a packed schedule, culminating in the All Play finale, where performers collaborate for an unscripted show. Workshops will also be offered, allowing participants to learn from experienced improvisers.
