Dames at Sea is an energetic musical celebrating the golden age of Broadway, featuring a wide-eyed chorus girl named Ruby who arrives in New York with dreams of stardom. The show, with book and lyrics by George Haimsohn and Robin Miller and music by Jim Wise, captures the charm of classic movie musicals while delivering humor and captivating dance numbers. The cast includes Emily Ann Brooks as Ruby, making her FST debut, and Devin Johnson, known for his role in Waitress, alongside newcomers Jenna Coker-Jones and Kelsey Stalter. Directed by Ben Liebert, this production promises a delightful experience filled with toe-tapping tunes and heartfelt moments.
