A milestone of 20th century musical theatre rolls on unstoppably into the 21st with absolute relevance. With a haunting jazz score by Kurt Weill and biting lyrics by Bertolt Brecht, this musical saga of the villainous-but-irresistable Mack the Knife - the most notorious anti-hero to storm the stage - is a trailblazing spectacle where the haves clash with the have nots.
