Yale Glee Club Featuring GLEE's Darren Criss to Play Marines Memorial Theatre, 5/14

By: Apr. 01, 2011

Marines Memorial Theatre hosts The Yale Glee Club in a Gala Benefit concert featuring special guest Darren Criss (Blaine Anderson on GLEE). Proceeds from this concert will benefit organizations combating bullying in schools.

A very limited number of VIP premium tickets are available. For more information please call Mickey Dobbs at 203-436-8491.

Currently celebrating its 150th year, the Yale Glee Club - under the direction of Jeffrey Douma - is Yale University's oldest musical organization. From its earliest days as a group of thirteen men to its current incarnation as an eighty-voice chorus of women and men, the Yale Glee Club has represented the best in collegiate singing for nearly a century and a half. Featuring choral music from the 16th century to the present, the Glee Club's repertoire embraces a broad spectrum, including Renaissance motets, contemporary choral works, world folk music and traditional Yale songs.

Children under the age of five, including babes-in-arms, are not allowed in the theatre. Everyone must have a ticket.
