World-famous comedian, Eddie Izzard, will workshop his new solo show (a work-in-progress) at San Francisco's Marines Memorial Theatre (609 Sutter Street, 2nd floor) for two performances only, Sunday, August 5 & Monday, August 6.

Both performances will be at 8PM. All seats are $55. Maximum four tickets per person. Tickets are available through www.Ticketmaster.com or by calling the box office at 415-771-6900.

Izzard is currently starring in the FX television series, "The Riches," opposite Minnie Driver.  He recently reprised his appearance in "Ocean's Thirteen" and earned a Tony Award-nomination for his turn in A Day in the Death of Joe Egg.

Izzard's past solo shows include the double Emmy Award-winning show Dress to Kill, as well as Live at the Ambassadors, Unrepeatable, Circle, Definite Article, Glorious and Sexie. Izzard's London stage credits include the title role in the once-Broadway-bound Lenny Bruce bio Lenny and the world premiere of David Mamet's The Cryptogram. His film credits include "Ocean's Twelve," "Velvet Goldmine," "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" and the forthcoming "Across the Universe."
