13th Annual San Francisco International Ocean Film Festival Announces Final Call for Entries
Dive into the fun! The San Francisco International Ocean Film Festival returns for its thirteenth year March 10-13, 2016 at the Cowell Theater in Fort Mason. The SFIOFF is widely regarded as the premier destination for films that capture the beauty, power and mysteries of the ocean.
The 2016 festival will feature over 45 films from countries around the world and will give participants the opportunity to discuss current ocean events through panel discussions with an array of filmmakers.
The final date to submit films for consideration is Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Festival organizers are looking for films of all genres - documentaries, narratives, shorts and animation films of all lengths. Film subject matter must focus on aspects of the ocean including but not limited to; ocean exploration, wildlife, environmental, conservation, oceanography, seafaring adventures, ocean sports and coastal cultures.
