Nat Hentoff has praised her work as "the most joyously encouraging way of expanding the audience for jazz."
Ron helped create the Tony award-nominated Broadway musical "Swinging On A Star," based on Johnny Burke's lyrics, and has performed with many vocalists including Julius La Rosa, Judy Collins, and Giacomo Gates.
