Quilters offers a meaningful connection to Roswell’s own history as a mill town, where textiles, craftsmanship, and community have long been woven into the fabric of the city. Stitch by stitch and song by song, the production unfolds a story of courage, heartbreak, joy, survival, and even humor. Featuring an unforgettable bluegrass-inspired score, Molly Newman and Barbara Damashek created a moving tribute to the women who helped build early American communities. The musical is based on The Quilters: Women and Domestic Art by Patricia Cooper and Norma Bradley Allen.

Brought to life by an all-star cast of Atlanta’s brightest performers, this ensemble production is led by Terry Burrell, whose Broadway credits include Dreamgirls, Into the Woods, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and more.

The remarkable cast joining Burrell includes Christy Baggett, Emma Bailey, Amy Coenen, Ruth Mehari, Jo-Jo Steine, and introducing Kathryn D’Avis and Gabby Werly. Together, this exceptional company brings warmth, power, and emotional depth to this uniquely American story.
