Up The Hill at 21ten Theatre

This new interactive play by Val Landrum, part of the 21ten Summer Residency Series, tells Emily's story: It’s been thirty years since she lost her life giving birth. It’s been three years since her husband, George, and her son have visited. She’s now the only one left in the graveyard at the top of the hill, with the exception of a supernatural being named S.M. Simeon who is trying to save her from a fate worse than death. When George finally does show up, his memory has left him and Emily must now get him to remember it all as the pocket watch ticks away. In a story full of love, lost moments and time limits; Emily, George and Sim struggle to find who they truly are and what matters most. Featuring a live foley soundscape and (mild) audience interaction.
