Revolve Dance Project celebrates its fifth anniversary with two performances featuring a vibrant fusion of dance, music, and creative partnership. The company was founded by dancer Kirsten Evans, a former Festival Ballet dancer, and her husband Cameron McIntosh, an acclaimed jazz drummer with credits spanning Broadway and Jazz at Lincoln Center. Guest artists include Charlotte Nash and John-Paul Simoens from Oregon Ballet Theater, Dance Theater of Harlem's Alexandra Rene Jones, and Ballet RI's Audrey Lukacz, among others. All works performed are entirely new pieces developed during an intensive creative residency bringing together choreographers, composers, dancers, and musicians from across the country.
