The New Year is approaching and it is time to think about how we will make it better: for our bodies, our lives, our children, our future, OURSELVES. Whether we admit it or not the New Year brings thoughts of new beginnings. Another year will have passed and the purchase of a new calendar is imminent, or perhaps you’ll use your iPhone, it is 2012 after all. Your We’Moon or Slingshot planner is tucked into your bag or purse, to plan, to relinquish, to justify. Will these disparities be (re)solved? How do we address these resolutions in our work? Are we altruistic in our intentions? Are resolutions the beginning of something new or will we blur the lines - our promises to ourselves?
