Gallery Theater Announces Auditions for SHREK: THE MUSICAL

Gallery Theater will be holding auditions for SHREK: THE MUSICAL, September 11 & 12 with callbacks on September 13

"Once Upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek..." And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand... and his name is Shrek.

Please prepare a 1 minute monologue and 16 - 32 bars

Bring sheet music in your own key (music will not be transposed)
Accompanist will be provided
CD or MP3 may be used
Be prepared to sing a second song if requested
No a cappella music
Please bring a current non-returnable photo
Resume gladly accepted but not required
