For the fourth consecutive year, pianist, bandleader, and composer Orrin Evans hosts The Jazz Train, a travel event in partnership with the August Wilson African American Cultural Center and Amtrak, bringing fans from New York City, Newark, and Philadelphia to the Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival. The package includes round-trip train tickets, live jazz music during the journey, light refreshments, and jazz-related games and activities. Passengers are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations and festival event tickets upon arrival.
