THE FANTASTICKS Opens This Week at Winding Road Theater Ensemble!

THE FANTASTICKS, best known for being the world's longest running musical, will open this week at the Winding Road Theater Ensemble! With Music by Harvey Schmidt, and a Book and Lyrics by Tom Jones, THE FANTASTICKS opened Off-Broadway in 1960 and ran for a record breaking forty-two years, closing in 2002. It was then revived again Off-Broadway in 2006, where it ran for another 11 years, closing in 2017.
Wrapped in the warm, charming musical is a timeless love story: two fathers fake a feud in order to help their children, Matt and Louisa, fall in love.
THE FANTASTICKS will open at the Winding Road Theatre Ensemble on February 1st and run through February 18th.
The Cast of THE FANTASTICKS: Tony Caprile (Amos Bellomy), Chad Davies (Henry, The Old Actor), Mark Hockenberry (El Gallo), Elena Terry (The Mute), Damian Garcia (Matt), Kelly Coates (Louisa), Jerry James (Ben Hucklebee), and Eddie Diaz (Mortimer, the Man Who Dies).
