Music executive and author Erin Riley discusses her new book, The Mighty WMMR: An Oral History of Philadelphia's Rock Radio Revolution, as part of the Playhouse's free Spotlight Series. The conversation begins at 4:15 pm, following the 1:30 pm matinee of Rock of Ages, and explores Philadelphia's rock-and-roll radio history. Riley spent 40 years in the music business programming hit songs for stations including WMMR-FM and KROQ-FM, and later led the Philadelphia GRAMMY Chapter. The event is free and open to everyone, though attendance at the performance is not required.
