When a body washes up behind Carla's Mane Attraction Salon on Lake Waddlewabblepeck, the sheriff dismisses it as a boating accident, but Carla and her crew turn curlers into clues and manicures into stakeouts in this two-act comedy of small-town secrets and big personalities.
