For more than 30 years, PSF has offered 200+ total productions, produced 30 of Shakespeare’s 38 plays, plus musicals, world classics, contemporary comedies, dramas and children’s shows. Envisioned as fully professional theatre and a gift to the region, PSF was established as an independent, not-for-profit organization that receives significant support from its host, DeSales University. PSF provides educational enhancement, training and internship opportunities to students in the DeSales Theatre program, as well as students from around the country. Professional artists on the DSU Theatre faculty and staff join with leading professionals from across the country each season to form the annual PSF company of artists.
