On Puerto Rican Independence Day, former elected governor Cesar tells his daughter Valentina the story of how his relationship with Valentina's mother Alba shaped the political future of Puerto Rico 16 years ago. Set between two timelines, the 2020s and the 2040s, this political and romantic piece explores what would happen if the people fought for independence and how political divide affects unity among individuals. It asks whether power is worth losing loved ones, country, culture, and humanity. The cast includes Leo De Castro, Rosabella Procario-Soler, Karla Mondriguez, Ethan Esquilin, Teddy Valdes, Tyrese Stone, Andrea Abate, Clarissa Ramirez, and Camille Halais.
