Broadway headliners, comedy and family entertainment fill the stage at Bristol Riverside Theatre as part of its 25th Anniversary year-long celebration. The 2011-2012 season will feature special performances by Larry Gatlin, Chita Rivera, Steve Solomon in My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish and I'm in Therapy, Pam Peterson, Pinkalicious, The Musical, Defending the Caveman, and Ben Vereen. All performances are at Bristol Riverside Theatre (120 Radcliffe Street in Bristol, PA). Tickets are available by visiting brtstage.org or calling the BRT Box Office at 215-785-0100. Single tickets go on sale to non-subscribers of BRT on July 1.

September brings to town Nashville star Larry Gatlin, In Concert for two performances only on September 16 and 18. BRT favorite Gatlin will delight audiences with hits like Broken Lady, All the Gold in California, Houston (Means I'm One Day Closer to You), She Used to Be Somebody's Baby, and Talkin' to the Moon.

The month ends with two-time Tony Award-winner Chita Rivera performing songs from her legendary Broadway career on September 23- 25. Accompanied by an 11-piece orchestra, Chita Rivera: My Broadway features selections from her most celebrated musicals, including numbers from West Side Story ("America"), Sweet Charity ("Where Am I Going?" and "Big Spender"), Chicago ("All That Jazz" and "Nowadays"), Kiss of the Spider Woman, Bye, Bye, Birdie and The Rink.

Steve Solomon performs in My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish and I'm in Therapy on November 2-6. One of the longest running one-man shows in history, Solomon's tour-force performance brings to life nearly thirty hilarious characters in riotous situations.

Pam Peterson presents Who Am I Again? A Tuneful Guide to Mastering Change on November 11-13. The hilarious You Tube star with 4.3 million hits performs her raucously funny cabaret spoofs on aging and changing. From memory loss to retirement savings, Peterson's parodies riff on songs from Broadway to the Beatles.

Pink is the color of the day in Pinkalicious, The Musical, running February 25 and 26. Pinkalicious can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe - a dream come true for this pink loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this predicament.

The battle of the sexes is hilariously played out in Rob Becker's Defending The Caveman on February 29-March 4. This witty and insightful play about the ways men and women struggle to relate catalogues the instantly recognizable traits that differentiate the sexes, but its underlying message is that out of all these differences springs the potential for bridge-building rather than potential warfare.

The celebration concludes with Steppin' Out Live With Ben Vereen on April 20-22. A tribute to Broadway, Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr., this one-man show, featuring hit songs like Defying Gravity, My Way, Mr. Bojangles, and Life is Just a Bowl of Cherries, is filled with singing and dancing, interspersed with humorous stories of Vereen's life.
