OJ Productions will present Head Over Heels, the big and bold jukebox musical featuring the iconic music of The Go-Go's, running for 10 performances from June 4th through June 13th at the Skinner Studio at Plays & Players Theatre (1714 Delancey Place, Philadelphia).

"I am beyond excited to be directing Head Over Heels during the height of Philly pride celebrations," said director Jack Taylor. "This show is a celebration of love, identity, and self-discovery, and it offers a nice escape from the dystopian reality of American politics at the moment. As Pamela says in act two, 'Let's enjoy the now, now, and for a better future dream.' and I don't think anything could be more true at this time."

Set to the iconic hits of The Go-Go's, Head Over Heels is a high-energy, laugh-out-loud musical that follows the royal family of Arcadia on a journey to save their kingdom from impending doom. Along the way, they encounter mistaken identities, unexpected romances, and transformative self-discoveries that challenge their understanding of love, gender, and destiny.

Directed by Jack Taylor (he/him), with music direction by Grant Uhle (he/him) and choreography by Christina Healey (she/her), the musical features a dynamic cast of Philadelphia-based actors including Jeff Pfeiffer (he/him) as Basilius, Sarah "Bash" Bastian (they/them) as Gynecia, Alexa Wilder (she/her) as Pamela, Maddy Gillespie (she/her) as Philoclea, Christina Carelli (they/them) as Pythio, Aaron Shown (he/they) as Dametas, Molly Diane (they/them) as Mopsa, and Blake McGregor (he/him) as Musidorus. Rounding out the ensemble respectfully are Raymond Hairston (he/she/they), Camille Halaise (she/her), Cecelia Jaskel (she/her), and Kat Wetmore (she/they). The cast highlights seasoned Philly based performers alongside current students of Temple University and Arcadia University's theatre programs.

Costume design by Conlee Northcutt (she/her), Puppet Design by Annaliese Pfeiffer (she/her), Fight and Intimacy Direction by Ilana HuiYa Lo (she/her), Properties design by Olivia Gendron (she/her) and lighting design by Mike Amodei (he/him). Anastasia Golovina (she/they) stage manages.
