SHOWTIME has released the trailer and key art for the upcoming season of the IDA Award-winning series THE TRADE ahead of its premiere next week at the Sundance Film Festival.

In the new Disney+ series “Diary of a Future President,” we see the origin story of a future leader. Told using the narration of 12-year-old Cuban American girl Elena's diary, this new family comedy follows her journey through the ups and downs of middle school, which set her on the path to becoming the president of the United States. “Diary of a Future President” was inspired by creator Ilana Peña's (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) childhood and is produced by Gina Rodriguez's (Jane the Virgin) I Can and I Will Productions. Rodriguez directed the first episode and guest stars as grown-up Elena.

Episodes 1-3 will have two screenings: 9:45pm, Sunday October 27th at The Hideout Theatre and 3:45pm Tuesday October 29th at the Rollin Theatre. Filmmaking duo Nick Sommer and Drew Rosas will be in attendance at both screenings; in addition to Sommer, who also stars in the series, other cast members, to be announced, will be in attendance.

Written and directed by unscripted television veteran and award-winning writer, Tucia Lyman, “M.O.M.” is a gripping tale of a distraught mother who suspects her teenage son may be plotting a shooting at his high school. 

On Friday, May 25, Amazon will premiere all six episodes of original mystery drama series Picnic at Hanging Rock, starring Natalie Dormer (Game of Thrones, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2), on Prime Video in the US. Based on Joan Lindsay's iconic Australian novel of the same name, Picnic at Hanging Rock is a limited series surrounding the mysterious disappearances of three schoolgirls and one teacher on Valentine's Day in 1900. The series revolves around the subsequent investigation and the event's far-reaching impact on the students, families and staff at Appleyard College, and on the nearby township. The series has already received critical acclaim following its recent premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival and has been selected for the upcoming Tribeca Film Festival this month.

All rise. This November, Academy Award and Tony winner Denzel Washington is Roman J. Israel, Esq. Written and directed by Dan Gilroy, the dramatic thriller also stars Colin Farrell.
