RaulThe trailer for Glimpse, a new film written and directed by Theresa Rebeck, has been released. The film stars Janet McTeer, Raúl Esparza, Krysta Rodriguez, Erin Darke, Carrie Preston, Jonathan Preston, Michael Emerson, Alysia Reiner, David Alan Basche, Ashley Nicole Black, Van Hughes and Joseph Collins.

A moving new video has been released to honor the memory of those the Broadway community has lost from June 2019 through December 2020. It was Produced and Conceived by Mike Karns and Steven Tartick, Directed by Raúl Esparza and Music Directed by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. The  Music was Produced by Benedict Braxton-Smit, with Vocals by Sierra Boggess and Raul Esparza.

Today we rewind to 2012, when Leap of Faith opened at the St. James Theatre, where it played for 19 performances.

Raúl Esparza and Samira Wiley led a live stream presentation of Richard Wilbur's translation of Molière's TARTUFFE, directed by Molière in the Park's Founding Artistic Director Lucie Tiberghien.

For this week's throwback, we are highlighting the 2006 Broadway revival of Company that opened on this day, November 29th, starring Raúl Esparza as Bobby, as well as Barbara Walsh as Joanne. Currently running on the West End is a reimagining of the musical with Rosalie Craig as Bobbie and Patti LuPone as Joanne! Marc Blitzstein's The Cradle Will Rock, the inaugural show of New York City Center's new Encores! Off-Center series, will play for five performances, July 10-13 at City Center- starring Danny Burstein, Eisa Davis, Raúl Esparza, Peter Friedman, Aidan Gemme, Judy Kuhn, David Margulies, Martin Moran, Michael Park, Robert Petkoff, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, Anika Noni Rose, Matthew Saldivar and Henry Stram. Tony nominee Ra?l Esparza plays the recurring role of ?DA Rafael Barba? on Law & Order: SVU beginning last night, October 10. The episode, titled ?Twenty-Five Acts,? centered on the author of a best-selling erotic novel (Anna Chlumsky) who accuses a high-profile talk show host (Roger Bart) of rape. The SVU detectives face an uphill battle when they find that her account of the rape is exactly like the chapters in her book, and along with the DA?s office (Esparza), they struggle to keep the case from turning into a media circus.
