The event will premiere on Logo TV on Sunday, December 7 at 8pm ET/PT and MTV on Friday, December 12 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Kristin Chenoweth performed "Maybe This Time" and received the New Now Next Forever Award from Darren Criss during Logo TV's New Now Next Awards.
