At the Mile High Holidays press conference today, Crumpet (Matt Zambrano) from The SantaLand Diaries provided Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock instructions on how to be a proper elf. 'I suspected Mayor Hancock (or 'Manning-elf' as he called himself) may have missed his true calling as a dancing holiday elf.
