BWW TV: Jefferson Mays Receives Honorary Death Certificate for 1000th Stage Death In A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER

At a special event yesterday, March 5, the cast of A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder announced that the production has reached the 1,000th death of its leading man, Jefferson Mays, since opening at the Walter Kerr Theatre. Mays' character dies eight times in each performance; and so, he has reached 1,000 stage deaths faster than any other Broadway actor.
