The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016' - a lunchtime series that just kicked off today, July 7 on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday, August 11.

After a passionate reception from critics and audiences, the world premiere of Neurosis: A New Musical has announced a one-week extension at the Merry-Go-Round Downtown, part of the Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival. Stephanie J. Block, Ken Page, and Lara Teeter are currently starring in CATS at St. Louis's Muny. Block plays Grizabella, while Page plays Old Deuteronomy and Teeter plays Munkustrap. Anyone Can Whistle is the final New York City Center Encores! production of the 2009-2010 season and will run for five performances April 8 - 11. The show will be directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw with musical direction by Rob Berman.

The York Theatre Company today announced that their hit production of David Zellnik and Joseph Zellnik's musical, Yank! A World War II Love Story, will be extended for an additional two weeks due to it's box office success.
