The Public Theater's free PUBLIC WORKS production of TWELFTH NIGHT, conceived by Kwame Kwei-Armah and Shaina Taub, with music and lyrics by Shaina Taub, and directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah, just finished its run at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, September 2 through September 5. This final video of the series chronicling Colorado's 2016 Bobby G Awards winners Charlotte Movizzo and Curtis Salinger takes them to New York, where they had a week-long intensive training immersion with coaching from Broadway stars Karen Olivo and Jose Llana, culminating with their performance on a Broadway stage at the Jimmy Awards, where they both won special-recognition scholarships. Both described the overall experience as life-changing. 'It was the most incredible week of my life,' said Movizzo. Added Salinger: 'We're ending this week with lifelong friends. It's priceless.'
