The cast of CATS was simply 'purr-fect' (see what I did there?) at their recent visit to Broadway Sessions. The jellicles are back! One of the biggest hits in theatrical history, Cats returns to Broadway at the Neil Simon Theatre (250 W 52nd Street) with preview performances kicking off last night, July 14, 2016, and an official opening set for Sunday, July 31, 2016. 

On August 24, 2014, NEWISES closed on Broadway. Exactly one year later, cast members from the hit Broadway musical came together on the stage of 54 Below to reminisce. In the lineup were songs of various music styles, stories and memories of their time with the show. The cast of the Tony Award-winning musical NEWSIES took their excited final bows at the Nederlander Theatre today to uproarious applause from a packed audience. NEWSIES featured a Tony Award-winning score with music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken and lyrics by Jack Feldman, with a book by four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein. Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, NEWSIES was directed by Tony nominee Jeff Calhoun and choreographed by Christopher Gattelli, who won a 2012 Tony Award for his work. NEWSIES enjoyed almost two and a half years on Broadway.
