Freeform announces Josh Thomas' return to television with a?oeEverything's Gonna Be Okay,a?? premiering THURSDAY, JAN. 16.Critically acclaimed for his series a?oePlease Like Me,a?? Thomas once again takes on a multifaceted role as creator, writer, executive producer and star of the 30-minute comedy, which introduces Nicholas (Josh Thomas), a neurotic twenty-something-year-old visiting his dad and teenage half-sisters, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. When Nicholas' trip is extended due to his father's untimely death, the siblings are left to cope with not only a devastating loss, but also the realization that Nicholas is the one who will have to rise to the occasion, move in, and hold it all together.

Comedy Central today released the official trailer for its next great sketch series, Alternatino with Arturo Castro, premiering on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:30pm ET/PT. This summer, creator, writer and star Arturo Castro (Broad City, Narcos) tackles more than 45 characters in sketches over ten episodes that showcase his perspective on relationships, everyday awkward moments and much more. Each episode in addition to the sketches has a scripted narrative thread that features a heightened version of Arturo as he goes about daily life as a Latin millennial.

Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater announces the full company for Ruth and Augustus Goetz's melodrama, The Heiress, suggested by the Henry James novel, Washington Square. After growing up subjected to her father's disinterest and strong resentment, a young woman in the 1850s discovers what love is in her journey towards independence, growth and strength, without an impactful female role model in her life. Directed by Deputy Artistic Director Seema Sueko, The Heiress runs February 8 - March 10, 2019 in the Fichandler Stage.
