Stars in the House for Ukraine, an 11+ Hour telethon of the weekly streaming show, raised $139,000 for the International Rescue Committee's humanitarian efforts for those affected by the war in Ukraine. The Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.) just presented its 33rd annual gala, 'Idols & Icons,' at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills. This was the last S.T.A.G.E. show after 33 years. AIDS has not been cured, and the fight continues through APLA Health Services, despite the fact that the show has now taken its final bow in L.A.

Last night, BroadwayWorld was at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Orlando, Florida for the 'From Broadway with Love' concert to benefit the Central Florida LGBTQ Community and the victims of the Pulse Nightclub shooting. We spoke with Chita Rivera, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Norbert Leo Butz, Darren Criss, Lilla Crawford, Anika Larsen, Carrie Manolakos, and (in a separate video below) Kelli O'Hara. 

Following the tragic event that took place at Pulse nightclub in Orlando on June 12, the Broadway and Orlando theatre communities will unite tonight, Monday, July 25 at 7:30 pm at the Disney Theatre in the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts to perform FROM BROADWAY WITH LOVE: A BENEFIT CONCERT FOR ORLANDO; a healing night of music and dance to honor the 49 victims.
