The gala honored musical theater legend Leslie Uggams  with the 2022 Oscar Hammerstein Award for Outstanding Achievement in Musical Theater, which will be presented by Dionne Warwick. Ted Chapin was also honored with The York Theatre Company Founders' Award, presented by his daughters Anika and Zoë Chapin. What do you do with the pieces of yourself people don't like? In this new theatrical stand-up show, Neal Brennan: Unacceptable, the comedian meticulously examines his own defects, attempting to understand his baffling inability to fit into a group and the alienation that comes along with it.

Returning to his exiled parents’ homeland, Señor Jr. embarks on a personal journey, exploring his Cuban heritage and his family’s complex relationship to the country they love.

The project is executive produced by Neil Patrick Harris, directed by Andy Señor Jr. and Victor Patrick Alvarez, and follows Señor Jr. to Cuba, where he is tasked with directing a stage production of the Tony® and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical, “Rent,” the country’s first Broadway musical produced by an American company in more than 50 years. 

The documentary Revolution Rent will have its premiere at SVA Theatre on Friday November 8, 2019 at 9:30 PM.

Following a sold-out, five-time extended engagement at Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles, Werner Entertainment, Gary Goddard Entertainment, Prediction Productions and five-time Emmy & Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris are pleased to present the New York Premiere of the acclaimed show IN & OF ITSELF, created and performed by three-time Academy of Magical Arts Award winner Derek DelGaudio (Nothing to Hide) and directed by four-time Emmy Award winner Frank Oz (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Little Shop of Horrors, Star Wars). The 10-week limited engagement celebrates its Opening Night tonight, Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the Daryl Roth Theatre in Union Square.

Just last night, Broadway's elite gathered to honor Ted Chapin, president of Rodgers & Hammerstein (a division of Imagem), at UJA-Federation of New York's Theater Division 2014 Excellence in Theater Award Dinner. Among the attendees included Tony Award nominees and Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella co-stars Santino Fontana and Laura Osnes, and Billy Stritch, Grammy-winning composer, musical director, and performer.
