The Civilians, the award-winning New York-based theater company, presents the ninth annual R&D Group FINDINGS Series. 

Artistic Director Hal Brooks has announced that the 2020 Season of the Cape Cod Theatre Project will feature staged readings of new work by Zora Howard, Michele Lowe, Edith Freni and Kevin Artigue.

Actor's Express presents the first Virtual Threshold New Play Festival, a festival of new play readings May 24, May 31, and June 7, 2020. 

YALE SCHOOL OF DRAMA introduces the 2020 Class of scenic, costume, lighting, sound, and projection designers, who matriculated this week. BroadwayWorld is saddened to report that Peter H. Hunt, director and lighting designer for the theatre, has died. He was 81 years old. Hunt was best known as the director of both the stage and screen versions of the musical 1776.
