Nottingham Playhouse has revealed a brand new set of shows for Autumn 2020 and Spring 2021 - including a chilling retelling of a classic ghost story, a Broadway hit making its way to Nottingham, exciting changes to the Playhouse's quintessential pantomime, and a political juggernaut brought to life.
Following a record breaking on sale, where SISTER ACT became one of London's fastest selling musicals, the musical will now open a week earlier. Performances now start on Tuesday 21 July 2020. The show runs until Sunday 30 August 2020. Tickets for the extra week go on sale at 10.00am on 7 February 2020.

Justin Sayre returns to Joe's Pub with another edition of their long-running Queer Variety Show, The Meeting. Acclaimed director Marion McClinton, best known for bringing the works of August Wilson to the Broadway stage, has died at age 65, according to StarTribune. He died on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, after suffering from kidney disease.
