Leslie Jordan's 'My Trip Down the Pink Carpet' to Premiere April 15 at Westside Theatre

West 43rd Street will become a little pinker, as will the Easter Parade (and all of New York City in general) when the actor Leslie Jordan arrives to bring his acclaimed solo show, My Trip Down The Pink Carpet, to the Westside Theatre (407 West 43rd Street) this Spring. Producer Bruce Robert Harris announced that performances will begin on Wednesday, April 15, with an official opening night set for Monday evening, April 20. David Galligan directs the 6-week limited engagement.

Penny Fuller & Mark Jacoby to star in 'A Little Night Music' at White Plains Perf Arts Center

White Plains Performing Arts Center (Jack W. Batman, Executive Producer) is pleased to announce complete casting for the upcoming production of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical A Little Night Music, by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler. The cast of this brand new production of this Broadway masterpiece will feature Tony Award nominees Penny Fuller (Applause, Dividing The Estate) as ?Desiree? and Mark Jacoby (Ragtime) as ?Fredrick,? Broadway veteran Sheila Smith (Follies) as ?Madame Armfeldt,? Laura Osnes (Grease) as ?Anne? and Rachel de Benedet (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Nine) as ?Charlotte.? A Little Night Music will be directed by Sidney J. Burgoyne, who helmed this season?s acclaimed Camelot and last year?s sold-out production of Ragtime for the theatre, with Music Direction by James Bassi with choreography by Melissa Rae Mahon and Sean McKnight.

George Street Presents Cuccioli and Mayes in 'A Holiday Cabaret' 12/20-12/21

George Street Playhouse is celebrating the December holidays in a big way with a series of musical performances for a special Holiday Cabaret. The musical celebration will feature the talents of Tony Award nominee Robert Cuccioli, who is currently performing at George Street Playhouse in Conor McPherson's The Seafarer. Mr. Cuccioli received a Tony Nomination and is perhaps best known for playing the title role in Broadway's Jekyll & Hyde. Joining Mr. Cuccioli will be fellow Tony nominee Sally Mayes from the recent Broadway revival of She Loves Me. Christopher Howatt will serve as musical director and performer for the revue. Performances take place Saturday, December 20 at 2 and 8PM, and Sunday, December 21 at 2PM.
