Following its premiere at Tribeca Film Festival, Cinedigm (CIDM) has acquired all North American distribution rights to MEADOWLAND, a beautiful, haunting depiction of the psychological toll that a tragedy takes on a New York couple. Driven by a powerful, career-high performance by Olivia Wilde (Her; Drinking Buddies; Rush), the film also features Luke Wilson (Ride; Skeleton Twins; Anchorman; The Family Stone), Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men, Listen Up Philip; The One I Love; Get Him To The Greek), Giovanni Ribisi (Results; Selma; Public Enemies; A Million Way To Die In The West), Ty Simpkins (Jurassic World, Iron Man 3, Insidious) and John Leguizamo (Chef; Ride Along; John Wick; American Ultra). The script was written by Chris Rossi, and features a score by Adam Taylor (August: Osage County).

The franchise's cliché fourth film has all of the hackneyed hallmarks you have grown to love and loathe in a summer blockbuster; a man vs. beast action movie that requires the suspension of every available ounce of disbelief, but is ultimately satisfyingly entertaining; either despite, or because of, its ridiculousness.
