CHICAGO, Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ On September 23rd, the 'David Bowie Is' exhibition makes its U.S. debut at Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA). The exhibition, meticulously curated by the Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum in London, explores the incredibly diverse work of one of the greatest artists of our time. For each of the exhibits, including the MCA exhibit coming to Chicago in September, V&A has partnered with audio specialist Sennheiser to ensure the best possible audio experience for visitors.

Stephen Emmer's latest offering International Blue (Release date September 16th) pays tribute to the rare art of the pop crooner. As an accolade to this touch of elegance within the pop realm, International Blue infuses a modern twist to the genre with contemporary sounds & beats, studio techniques, insights and lyrical meaning in ten new and original compositions. A celebration of the epic chamber music pop of Burt Bacharach, Scott Walker, Nick Cave and Bowie, it features four of the great baritone singers in the UK today; Midge Ure (Ultravox), Glenn Gregory (Heaven 17), Liam McKahey (Cousteau) and Neil Crossley (Furlined). and was mixed and produced by the legendary Tony Visconti at Abbey Road Studios and Avator Studios in NYC.

It seems only fitting that Os Mutantes kick off the second leg of this headlining tour in a city that has given the band good reason to return. Os Mutantes and Capsula will kick off the fall run at Le Poisson Rouge today, November 8th and will stay out on the road until Thanksgiving week.

Not many-or, really, any-underground rock acts originating from Buenos Aires come readily to mind, but that's not the only reason that Capsula is a distinctive band.

For this album, Capsula teamed up with renowned producer, Tony Visconti(David Bowie, Iggy Pop), to expand on their established lo-fi, garage rock sound.

Solar Secrets is the band's first official worldwide release and it was recorded under the direction of Visconti at Lexington's Saint Claire Recording Studio in the heart of Kentucky and is set for an August 27th street date via Krian Music Group.
