Nottingham Playhouse today announces the cast for Beauty and The Beast,  Kenneth Alan Taylor's 37th panto for Nottingham Playhouse.

Nottingham Playhouse has announced that it's full steam ahead for Christmas!  Cinderella will indeed go to the ball, bringing some much needed joy for old and young alike for this festive season.  This year's specially adapted pantomime replaces the previously programmed Beauty and the Beast which audiences can enjoy for Christmas 2021.

When people think of what an understudy does, I tend to assume they're imagining us sitting in the dressing room, smashing through a Netflix series and a packet of biscuits every evening, patiently waiting to have our turn in the spotlight. But the reality of a Mischief understudy is you're already in the spotlight and the second cover is furiously flicking through the script. Just because you're the second cover, doesn't mean you won't go on. Oh, you will. It's just a case of when.

Celebrating 3 years in London's West End, The Comedy About a Bank Robbery recently extended until May 2020 and is looking forward to welcoming the new convicts to the Criterion Theatre.

The touring cast presents: Sean Carey as 'Sam Monaghan', David Coomber as 'Neil Cooper', Julia Frith as 'Caprice Freeboys', George Hannigan as 'Everyone Else', Liam Jeavons as 'Mitch Ruscitti', Damian Lynch as 'Robin Freeboys', Killian Macardle as 'Officer Randal Shuck', Yolanda Ovide as 'Ruth Monaghan', and Jon Trenchard as 'Warren Slax'. With Understudies: Charlotte Duffy, Tom Hopcroft, Ashley Tucker, Ross Virgo and Eddy Westbury.

Musical theatre comedy double act Ferris & Milnes have released a selection of rehearsal photos prior to their debut West End show 'Ferris & Milnes - Christmas Cracker' at the Ambassadors Theatre, on Tuesday 13th December at 7.30pm.
