TV One's original auto-biographical series UNCENSORED resumes for its third season with premiere episodes debuting on Sunday, September 6 at 10 P.M. ET/9C.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts announces that Alicia Grace (the Kennedy Center's She A Gem) will step into the role of Joetta "Joey" Watson. She replaces the previously announced Hailey Kilgore, who is departing the production due to an unanticipated scheduling conflict.

A multi-hyphenated performer, Arnold has been a mainstay in Hollywood and currently stars as Tina Butler opposite Cedric the Entertainer on the CBS hit comedy, The Neighborhood, which was recently renewed for its second season.

After 10 days and 121 feature films, the 2019 Sundance Film Festival's Awards Ceremony took place tonight, with host Marianna Palka emceeing and jurors presenting 28 prizes for feature filmmaking. Honorees, named in total below, represent new achievements in global independent storytelling. Bold, intimate, and humanizing stories prevailed across categories, with Grand Jury Prizes awarded to Clemency (U.S. Dramatic), One Child Nation (U.S. Documentary), Honeyland (World Cinema Documentary) and The Souvenir (World Cinema Dramatic).

CBS announced today that it has renewed three freshman series for the 2019-2020 broadcast season. FBI, THE NEIGHBORHOOD and MAGNUM P.I. will all return to the Network next year for a second season.

The nonprofit Sundance Institute announced today the showcase of new independent feature films selected across all categories for the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. The Festival hosts screenings in Park City, Salt Lake City and at Sundance Mountain Resort, from January 24 - February 3, 2019.

BET Networks today announces the nominees for the 2018 Soul Train Awards across 12 different categories. The annual celebration will recognize the best in Soul, R&B and Hip-Hop from legends to the next generation. Filming on November 17th at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, BET presents: 2018 Soul Train Awards will air on BET and BET HER on November 25th, 2018 at 8PM ET.

The C&C Teen Hollywood Film Festival is thrilled to announce Tichina Arnold (The Neighborhood, Everybody Hates Chris) as the Keynote Speaker and Spence Moore II (A.P. Bio, 13 Reasons Why) as the Host for the festival's 5th edition. Viola Davis and Julius Tennon of JuVee Productions will be returning as sponsors and continuing their mission to champion artist driven content for the next generation. The festival, which is founded and run by teens for teens, will hold its annual Screening and Awards Gala on Saturday, November 10th at Raleigh Studios' Chaplin Theatre.

CBS has given full-season orders to the new dramas GOD FRIENDED ME and MAGNUM P.I. and the freshman comedy THE NEIGHBORHOOD for the 2018-2019 broadcast season.

On Sunday, September 16, SHOWTIME Networks hosted a privation celebration for the 2018 EMMY nominees at the Chateau Marmont. 

CBS FALL PREVIEW, hosted by stars Candice Bergen (MURPHY BROWN), Cedric the Entertainer and Max Greenfield (THE NEIGHBORHOOD), Brandon Micheal Hall (GOD FRIENDED ME), Jay Hernandez (MAGNUM P.I.), Missy Peregrym and Zeeko Zaki (FBI) and Damon Wayans Jr. and Amber Stevens West (HAPPY TOGETHER), is a primetime special highlighting the Network's six new fall series, including the revival of the groundbreaking comedy series MURPHY BROWN. It will be broadcast Monday, Sept. 10 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and CBS All Access, CBS' digital subscription video on demand and live-streaming service.

Producer Carl Rumbaugh today announced that Nicole Elizabeth Berger (All At Once, Clover) will join Cameron Boyce (Disney's Descendants) to topline in the teenage, dramatic Indie thriller, Runt, along with new co-stars Jason Patric (Speed 2, Narc), Brianna Hildebrand (Deadpool, Tragedy Girls), Tichina Arnold (Survivor's Remorse, Everybody Hates Chris) and Aramis Knight (Into the Badlands, Ender's Game). The film is directed by William Coakley and produced by Carl Rumbaugh (A Raisin in the Sun) and Gregory Thomas (Tragedy Girls), and is a production of Wagging Tails Productions, Inc.  Runt is Coakley's first directorial feature.  The film was written by Christian van Gregg, Armand Constantine and Coakley and is set to shoot in Los Angeles, California beginning this month.

The Paley Center for Media announced today that it will host its 12th annual PaleyFest Fall TV Previews September 6-16, 2018, at the Paley Center's Beverly Hills location. The ten-day festival celebrates the most anticipated new shows of the Fall 2018 television season as well as returning favorites from all five major broadcast networks, cable television, and premium streaming services. Each event includes screenings followed by star-studded discussions with the series cast and creatives.
