After being inundated with applications from across Australia, Australian Dance Theatre has announced the successful recipients of LOFT’s EXPLORE and EXPOUND residencies.

LOVETRAIN2020 by Emanuel Gat started promisingly: atmospheric lighting, shafts of layered space and glimpses of new romantic courtiers bedecked in asymmetrical, louche garbs.

The Institut francais in London presented a nationwide festival of contemporary dance by French and France-based artists and choreographers. FranceDance UK has been jointly created with artistic directors of institutions and festivals around the UK, with performances that stretch from Belfast to Bristol; Glasgow to Brighton.
