The cast of off-Broadway hit musical The Other Josh Cohen recently appeared at Google Talks.

Chick Flick the Musical a new musical comedy with book, music and lyrics by Suzy Conn (Suffra-Jets; The Mercer Girls), has began performances at The Westside Theatre (407 W. 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues), opening night is Thursday, March 7.

A star-studded cast led by Becky Ann Baker (HBO's "Girls."), 5-Time Tony nominee Dana Ivy (off-Broadway's original "Driving Miss Daisy"), 4-Time Oscar nominee Marsha Mason ("The Goodbye Girl") and Tony winner John Rubinstein ("Children of a Lesser God") will perform in a benefit reading of "The Torch-Bearers" for Bucks County Playhouse. Performances will be held in New York at the Westside Theatre on Monday, March 11 at 7:00 p.m. and then two days later at Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope on Wednesday, March 13 at 7:00 pm. The reading is the first of three benefit readings that will mark the Playhouse's 80th anniversary.

59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) is thrilled to add the NYC premiere of AFTER, written by Michael McKeever and directed by Joe Brancato, to the Winter 2018 Season. Produced by Penguin Rep Theatre and InProximity Theatre Company, AFTER begins performances on Tuesday, March 12 for a limited engagement through Sunday, April 14. Press Opening is Sunday, March 17 at 2 PM. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Friday at 7 PM; Saturday at 2 PM & 7 PM; and Sunday at 2 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison). Single tickets are $25 - $70 ($49 for 59E59 Members). Details were announced today for the 34th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. The Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at NYU Skirball Center for Performing Arts, beginning at 7:00pm EST. The Lucille Lortel Awards are produced by the Off-Broadway League by special arrangement with the Lucille Lortel Theatre Foundation. Additional support is provided by TDF.

Producers Suzanne Gilad & Larry Rogowsky are pleased to announce that Jane Bruce (Jagged Little Pill) and Cathryn Wake (Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812) will join the cast of the critically-acclaimed musical comedy THE OTHER JOSH COHEN now playing at the Westside Theatre (407 W 43rd St). Jane joins the cast tonight, Tuesday, January 29, taking over the roles played by original cast member Kate Wetherhead. Cathryn begins performances on Tuesday, February 5, taking over for Hannah Elless who departs the production on February 3. Megan Loomis (The Dead 1904) joins the cast as the female standby.

The critically-acclaimed Off-Broadway musical comedy The Other Josh Cohen celebrated its 100th performance on Wednesday. The show is playing The Westside Theatre and recently extended its run, which was originally a nine-week limited engagement, until April 29.
