THE GLASS MENAGERIE Comes to International City Theatre

"Glass breaks so easily. No matter how careful you are." International City Theatre presents The Glass Menagerie, the iconic American classic that launched the career of playwright Tennessee Williams. John Henry Davis (ICT productions of A Walk in the Woods, End of the Rainbow, Trying) directs William's most personal work, opening Aug. 24 at International City Theatre in the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. Two low-priced previews take place Aug. 22 and Aug. 23.

BWW Interview: TENOR James Chiao Making His Mannequins Work BY NIGHT

A mannequin manufacturer by day, James Chiao will be fulfilling his dream with the world premiere of his musical TENOR BY NIGHT September 22, 2018 at the El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood (with preview performances at the Rose Center Theater in Westminster, August 17 through 26). James took two subjects he's most familiar with (mannequins and singing) and mashed them together.

Manchester International Festival and The Warehouse Project To Present SPECIAL EDITION

Manchester International Festival (MIF) are working with The Warehouse Project to stage four specially curated shows taking place across five nights in November. All performances take place at Manchester's immense Mayfield, a former railway station, where they last came together for the '10 x 10' weekend back in 2015.

MNM Theatre Company Confirms Casts For Next Two Musicals At The Kravis Center's Rinker Playhouse

Marcie Gorman, Executive Producer & Artistic Director for MNM Theatre Company, today confirmed the casts for its next two major productions at the Kravis Center's Rinker Playhouse: the witty I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change and the sentimental favorite My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra. Both shows will be directed by Dom Ruggiero with Caryl Fantel serving as music director.

Hudson Warehouse Kicks off their 15th Anniversary Season with the most famous love story of all time, Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, starring company members Patrick Harman and Patrina Caruana, directed by Nicholas Martin-Smith. Mr. Martin-Smith sets the story in modern day Boston where Juliet Capulet and her family come from an old, established Italian "Family," led by Don Capulet, played by Joseph Hamel. They feud with the rough and tumble Irish family, The Montagues. It's to this family that the boxer and poet Romeo belongs.
