This November, Tony and Olivier Award-winning stage and screen actor and musician Richard McCabe makes his operatic debut in the English National Opera's (ENO) first production of Gilbert & Sullivan's The Yeomen of the Guard.

Everything’s Fine, a world premiere autobiographical one-man play written and performed by Academy Award-nominated writer, actor and director Douglas McGrath, and directed by two-time Tony Award and six-time Emmy Award winner John Lithgow, will open Thursday, October 13, 2022 for a limited engagement at the DR2 Theatre.

​​​​​​​Joining Simon Russell Beale in the title role, Clare Higgins as Gunhild Borkman and Lia Williams as Ella Rentheim, are Sebastian De Souza as Erhart Borkman, Daisy Ou as Frida Foldal, Laila Rouass as Fanny Wilton and Michael Simkins as Wilhelm Foldal who complete the cast for Henrik Ibsen's John Gabriel Borkman, in a new version by Lucinda Coxon at the Bridge Theatre.

The Secret Garden blossoms again – reimagined for a new generation by the original creators, Tony® Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Marsha Norman and Grammy Award®-winning composer Lucy Simon, which will play at Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre February 19 through March 26, 2023. 

Theatre for a New Audience will present Remember This: The Lesson of Jan Karski, by Clark Young and Derek Goldman, directed by Goldman, and starring David Strathairn (Nightmare Alley; Nomadland; Good Night, and Good Luck), September 10 – October 9, 2022.

Pitlochry Festival Theatre has released production photos for the première of David Greig’s new adaptation of Charlotte Higgins’ acclaimed book Under Another Sky.

The Broadway musical ‘Little Women the Musical’, following the adventures of the four March Sisters Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy, will begin a run at the world famous open air Minack Theatre in Cornwall from Monday 2 August - Saturday 6 August.

Theatre for a New Audience has announced its 2022-23 season, its 43rd, held at TFANA’s home, Polonsky Shakespeare Center in Brooklyn.

Japan Society has announced its upcoming season of live, in-person performances at the Society with programs spanning traditional to contemporary, across the disciplines of opera, theater, traditional noh, puppetry, dance and more, slated for Fall 2022 and Winter/Spring 2023.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre announced the full cast and creative team for the world premiere musical, Goddess. The musical stage production is conceived and directed by Saheem Ali, music and lyrics by Michael Thurber, and written by Jocelyn Bioh. Previews begin Saturday, August 13, and the show runs through Sunday, September 25.

M-SET's Olivier Award-nominated show for babies, young children, and their grown-ups To the Moon and Back returns to the Barbican for a limited run this winter.

Dirt Dogs UNLEASHED, in association with Sweet Darlin' Productions, will present Shakin' the Blue Flamingo, an original play by Gwen Flager, directed by Bonnie Hewett.
