Somi is preparing to make her debut performance at Carnegie Hall with her own band on November 18.  This highly-anticipated debut concert will offer a transatlantic mix of modern jazz, soul, and African pop, calling upon Somi's all-star tribute to the great “Mama Africa” on Zenzile.

The Rep’s superb production of Noël Coward's Private Lives is directed by Meredith McDonough. This emotionally raw drama pulls no punches in depicting the intense passion and constant divisiveness that haunts Amanda and Elyot’s relationship. Alternating between sexually charged and emotionally abusive, the complex dynamics of their relationship never make the audience feel at ease.

Broadway and television star Barrett Foa (“NCIS: Los Angeles,” Avenue Q) will join Hypnotist Extraordinaire Asad Mecci for the combined hypnosis and improvisational comedy hit HYPROV at the Daryl Roth Theatre.

MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is the story of the night that Elvis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis had an impromptu jam session at Sun Studios and will play Stifel Theatre in St. Louis on September 8, 2022. This production has a unique tie to the St. Louis area. It is directed by a Webster University Conservatory of Theater Arts graduate, Tim Seib.

The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis has announced the return of the STEVE WOOLF STUDIO SERIES - Adventurous Theatre for Adventurous Theatregoers - named for its beloved former Artistic Director of over 30 years. Woolf passed away in July 2021 at age 75.

American Blues Theater has announced the cast of August Wilson’s Fences, directed by Monty Cole. The intimate and up-close production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning drama will play to a capacity of 60 people per performance from July 1-August 6, 2022, at Theater Wit,1229 W. Belmont Ave. 

Second Stage Theater  will present two world premiere plays as part of the 20th Anniversary season of its Second Stage Theater Uptown Series: Steph Del Rosso's 53% OF, directed by Tiffany Nichole Greene, and Johnny G. Lloyd's PATIENCE, directed by Zhailon Levingston.
